How much will my
house cost to build?
Bring us in your house plans and we will provide you with a Stage by
Stage Breakdown of the quantities of each building material you
require and a quotation. This way, you can plan your cash flow at
each stage of the building process.
This service carries a €150 full refundable fee, if you choose
Wallace’s as your Builders Providers, this amount will be deducted
from your account, PLUS, you can get a FREE Zanussi Dishwasher

How do I juggle building my new home and working full time?
Trying to juggle working full-time, supervising numerous
subcontractors, ordering materials (to name just a few additional
tasks) is time consuming and may even mean having to take time off
from work.

with most families having two working parents, planning can’t always
